A new version of the Code of Military Invalidity Pensions and War Victims (CPMIVG) entered into force on January 1, 2017.
> article L.115 of CPMIVG changes name and becomes the article L. 212-1
> article L.128 becomes article L. 213-1
This overhaul was carried out on a consistent basis. This means that obsolete provisions have been rewritten or repealed, without modifying existing rights.
The CNMSS has undertaken the updating of all documentation, care records, prior agreement request forms, correspondence, etc.
This updating is done gradually.
You can continue to use printed matter or forms referring to old articles of the CPMIVG (art. L.115 and / or art. L.128), without prejudice to the processing of your requests (prior agreement, reimbursement, etc.).
