Attestation-vaccin.ameli.fr

All people vaccinated after May 3, 2021 were given this document by the healthcare staff who performed the injection. But if you have misplaced it or if you were vaccinated before May 3, you can now obtain it online, on a site created by the Health Insurance: attestation-vaccin.ameli.fr.

To access this new service, all you need to do is identify yourself with FranceConnect, which already serves as a virtual gateway to many online public services. The certificate can then be downloaded and, if necessary, printed.

QR Codes

What does it contain? This certificate includes your first and last names, date of birth, type of vaccine received and date of injections. It also indicates the vaccination status: in progress, or completed.

Finally, it contains two QR Codes, including one to be scanned to integrate the vaccination certificate into the TousAntiCovid application.

A European version on June 21

These certified vaccination certificates will then be used to activate the French “health pass” and to travel abroad. Its use will become necessary on June 9, with the planned entry into force of the “health pass” for activities bringing together more than 1,000 people.

A new version of the certificate to European standards will be offered from June 21, with additional access through the Ameli account. This update will be essential to be able to move within the European Union from July 1.
