Missions
With the coordinating director of the schools and the assistants to the management of the pole, its missions aim to participate in the educational engineering and implementation of actions aimed at guiding and supporting the future nursing professional throughout his training.
POSITION SPECIFIC MISSIONS
Design as a teaching team, implement and evaluate the training of a group of students
o At the institute
o And internship
o In continuing education
Guide and support individual and collective professionalization paths for students
o Support the student in the articulation and consistency of his training choices and his professional project
Organize and coordinate educational activities
Participate in the pole’s quality approach
Implement communication actions
Initiate and conduct studies and research aimed at educational innovation and the quality of training
Team
Made up of around twenty trainers on IFSI
5 trainers assigned to coordination
2 trainers assigned to digital tools
1 senior manager responsible for organizations and educational controls
1 senior manager referring to material resources, selection tests and certification
Support for trainers in the universitarization of studies
Strengths of the service
IFSI is in a HEALTH TRAINING AND RESEARCH POLE
Meetings and work in close collaboration with all the players in the Pole
Sharing, pooling, respect are the values of specialty schools and institutes (IFCS, IFSI, IFMEM, IFAS,).
The assignment to this position will be reassessed after three years if the trainer does not develop the required skills.
Qualification
# Health Executive Diploma;
# Level II university degree recommended.
