The CNMSS is part of the public service continuity plan set by the government. This plan is reflected in a “Your public services are committed” charter, of which here are the key commitments.

To cope with the deterioration of the health crisis, the government has not only built a public service continuity plan, but a plan to serve more, and better all French people in their essential procedures during confinement.

This plan is reflected in a charter of commitments “Your public services are committed” which concerns all administrations and public service operators, published on Thursday, November 19, and which are inspired by their good practices to generalize them.

This charter is made up of four key commitments:

Protection of users and public service agents by a reinforced health protocol;

The commitment that all public services remain open, with adaptation of their reception systems (appointments, support by telephone), and accessible counters for emergency situations for isolated and vulnerable groups;

The processing times for procedures will be respected so that confinement does not cause delays in the procedures of users;

Special attention is paid to the most vulnerable. In this sense, the Ministry of Transformation and the Public Service invites all administrations to maintain the link with their users and to systematize this proactive approach with the most vulnerable groups, through regular telephone calls to the most isolated and vulnerable.
