Within the framework of article L.115 of the code of military pensions of invalidity and victims of the war, the cost of massage-physiotherapy acts was until now subject to the prior approval of the medical control service of the free medical care department (DSMG), in order to ensure the medical relationship between these acts and the infirmities of the beneficiaries of this legislation.

From now on, the coverage of massage-physiotherapy procedures for beneficiaries of article L.115 is simplified and similar to health insurance.

Indeed, like health insurance, only re-education corresponding to medical situations subject to the standard validated by the High Authority for Health (HAS) and mentioned in Title XIV, Chapter V of the General Nomenclature of Professional Acts (NGAP), will always require the prior agreement of the DSMG of the CNMSS, for the aforementioned beneficiaries, before treatment is provided.
