For people vaccinated before May 3

On the other hand, it is a little more complicated for people vaccinated before May 3, because on that date there was no this paper vaccination certificate.

If you are in this case,

• You can now download it via a secure teleservice set up by the Health Insurance, www.attestation-vaccin.ameli.fr, on which you can identify yourself via FranceConnect using your Ameli credentials, your tax credentials, among others.
• You can download the certificate, and all you have to do is scan the QR code on the right, which will be added to your Tousanticovid application which will indicate whether you are on the first or the second injection.
• If you are happy to finally be vaccinated, do not post the photo of your vaccination certificate on social networks, especially the famous QR code, because the consequences can be unfortunate with identity theft or fraud. the airport.

A QR code that will be used for the health pass

Once you have downloaded it, the QR code will go directly to your health pass on the TousantiCovid application.

This health pass will be effective next week, June 9, and will allow access to the theater, a festival, or any other gathering of more than 1,000 people and especially to travel, by proving that you are vaccinated. , immunized, or tested negative for Covid-19 in the previous days.

In this pass, there will therefore be either your QR vaccination code, your PCR test results, or your certificate of recovery following a covid infection. This certificate is a positive test result of more than two weeks and less than six months.

This health pass will allow you to resume an almost normal cultural life and to travel.

Other QR code to scan in restaurants

Those are two different things.

On the one hand you have the health pass which will be used to prove your state of health and on the other, the digital reminder book. It will also be implemented next week on June 9, in restaurants, indoor cafes and gyms.

It will also be a QR code to scan when you enter these places and it will serve as an alert system. It will allow you to know if you have been in contact with an infected person and to be called back if so.

The digital reminder book is an alert system and not a way to know your state of health, unlike the health pass. You will find them both in the Tousanticovid application, they will be two different sections on the application, and they are not at all the same thing.

Tracing in restaurants

You will either take your phone’s camera or open the Tousanticovid application and when you get inside the restaurant or bar, you will have to scan the QR code displayed at the entrance.

The date and time of your visit are then recorded. It is then, the ARS (regional health agency) and the health insurance which will be responsible for tracing.

If a customer who tested positive for Covid-19 frequented the same place as you at the same time, (that is to say within a two-hour period), the application sends you an orange alert, which invites you to get tested quickly and limit contact.

If three or more people say they are positive, a red alert is displayed on your phone: the instruction is then to isolate yourself and be tested.

The government explained that it had targeted poorly ventilated enclosed spaces where the wearing of a mask is not continuous. For now, only gyms, bars, indoor cafes and restaurants are affected. This reminder book will not be necessary to sit down on the terrace, nor to go to see a movie at the cinema.

Alternative with a paper reminder book

You will not have to scan the QR code and no restaurant owner will be able to force you to do so. In any case, this is what the CNIL (National Commission for Computing and Freedoms), which is somewhat the digital policeman, asked for.

If you don’t want or can’t use the QR Code system, it is expected that the restaurateur will offer you a good old notebook and pen where you can enter your details, as in the fall of 2020.
